I'm Lewis Francis. Full time, I build AI systems and processes at Envoplan and train their people to use Claude. Inpello is what I run alongside that, helping other companies get their own systems up to speed.
Full time, I design and build the AI systems that Envoplan runs on — the processes behind how work actually gets done, and the training that means people can use them properly rather than politely ignoring them. That's where most of what I know comes from: not from theory, but from getting systems live inside a real business and watching what happens next.
Inpello is the same work, done for other companies. Websites, web apps, client portals and live dashboards, built around the software you already own so information stops being re-keyed between systems. Because it's built on delivery experience rather than a sales deck, the scope you get is the scope that works.
Using AI to build a system is cheaper over the long term, and worth more to a business, than using AI for every interaction. Better to use AI to sharpen the saw than to be the saw every time.
